It appears that Sony may have some sort of incentive program up their sleeve, or hidden in their disk tray, shipped on a disk…. ummm, yeah, I am out of euphemisms.  The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office shows a filing by Sony Computer Entertainment America on August 4 for that exact phrase.

According to 1up it is possibly a : New incentive program set to “motivate top consumer base.”
