That is correct, Gearbox’s first person shooter and RPG game has been released today in the US. Now the question that I raise is are you going to buy it? Now let me give you a few highlights of why I will be picking this game up today:
1. According to Gearbox, the weapon count is over 17 million
2. The open world gameplay
3. The replay value
Now there are many more reasons to be picking up this game, but those are the three that really stick out for me. Now today is one of the few days that I am going to cut my post a little short, but that is because I will be playing Borderlands as much as I can today. Played it for about 5 hours yesterday, AND I’M HOOKED! This game is awesome, I can’t wait to get some friends together to play co-op. I’m a level 14 Soldier, pure Medic skill tree, and all I can think about here today at work is going home and playing some more.
*cough cough* I think I feel a cold coming on! *cough cough*

I played for hours yesterday and am a level 18 Siren focusing on elementals. My son did the soldier medic tree as well.
We had a blast playing and I can’t wait to get home and play more!
